State/Federal/PORAC Marketing Director
Develop and penetrate state, federal and other government entities.
This position will be responsible for developing and penetrating the state, federal and other government entities.
During the initial phase, this person will work with the current state marketing system to further develop the existing program and to expand it to other state employement sites.
Additionally, the person selected will establish the Federal Government Allotment program to market to Federal Government agencies in the California North Valley State.
This person will also take the responsibility for maintaining the PORAC relationship and further marketing to additional PORAC entities.
Because these markets do not respond to the traditional marketing systems of most private businesses, the person selected will develop systems of marketing to these unique markets using the established system from the current state system as well as those systems set up by Aflac headquarters.
This person will recruit career agents that will work exclusively to this market and will be responsible for training a team of people to penetrate the many state, federal and PORAC agencies in the California North Valley state.
The person will also be responsible for assisting the traditional regional and state teams in obtaining new government agencies and assist with teh penetration of those agencies already having a relationship with Aflac.
The ideal candidate selected should have at least 5 years experience, be MLA certified, and have produced a minimum of $100,000 A/P in the previous 12 months.
