Sales Associate: Sage Kohler, State Farm Agent
Job Overview As an Insurance/Financial Services Sales Associate, you will provide outstanding customer service and sales interactions with all customers/prospects.
Your primary responsibility will be educate our clients and prospects about their insurance options as well as discuss financial solutions that make sense based on THEIR needs.
We offer almost all types of insurance: auto, home, renters, business, life, health, annuities, and we have banking products like CDs, car loans, mortgages and HELOCs.
Friendly and professional interactions with all prospects is a minimum expectation.
Duties and Responsibilities Priorities: educating prospects and selling insurance and financial solutions based on needs Demonstrate knowledge of products and services and use this knowledge to build sales Understand and properly execute all systems and procedures Handle dissatisfied clients with respect and understanding Comprehend and maintain ethical standards Willing to work hours that will maximize sales and rewards Skill & Qualifications Demonstrates an energetic and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures Proficient in learning and is adaptable to new technology Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management A team player who possesses the ability to work in a constantly changing environment
