Consulting and Decision Support (CDS) employs technology, data, clinical insight, and consulting expertise to assist payers, employers, consumers, and other health care constituents improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of care.
CDS products and services help optimize provider networks, promote understanding and management of financial and medical trends, and equip consumers to take charge of their health care.
To perform mathematical and statistical analyses and actuarial modeling in support of our clients' needs.
Experience gained through data analysis, modeling, and communication with clients will help develop problem-solving skills.
Development of related software, tools, data analyses, communication skills, and an understanding of the big picture on projects.
Understand use of work product to overall project.
Work product must be accurate and completed on time.
Ability to communicate with clients via the phone.
Attend Reden & Anders NSQ presentations.
Attend other Reden & Anders sponsored training (e.
g., writing classes, computer classes).
Reasonable success with actuarial exams (if taking exams).
Working knowledge of Reden & Anders tools, databases, and reference library Tool examples: fee analyzer, commercial cap model, ASC OP surgery pricing model, etc. Diversity creates a healthier atmosphere: equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V Working knowledge of computer software including Lotus, Excel, Access, Micrsosft Word and others as needed.
Current ability (or projected to develop within six months) to manage projects for clients.
Handle project from data request through first draft of reportDo NOT need to know all of the answers in working on a project.
But NEED to know when to ask questions and get help.
Can effectively deal with clients.
Can identify tasks within projects that can be delegated.
