Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative Job Purpose: To work as an employee of a Samuel Bell Agency, LLC. assisting the agent in marketing State Farm products and services and in providing quality service to State Farm customers in an effort to meet my minimum monthly goal requirements.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE_________________________________________ Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows applications, desirable Demonstrated leadership skills preferred Experience in marketing and customer service desirable Knowledge of the following is desirable: life, health, bank, and/or mutual fund products Property & Casualty licenses and/or Life Accident & Sickness license (required within 60 days) SKILLS/ ABILITIES____________________________________________________ Ability to become fully licensed to market Sate Farm financial services products, including life, health, bank and mutual funds.

Ability to present and solicit financial services products to potential and existing clients Ability to conduct needs based marketing interviews with potential and existing clients Ability to explain complex financial issues in understandable terms Ability to effectively relate to customers Strong listening, oral, and written communications skills Ability to take initiative and act effectively both individually and as a member of a team without direction Ability to create and maintain professional business relationships with prospects, policyholders, co-workers, and associates within the State Farm organization Ability to learn and become proficient with various computer applications Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and a dynamic work environment Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy Ability to make mandatory 200 prospecting calls per day, 10 quotes per day and book a minimum of two (2) auto per day and four (4) paid-Life applications per month.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain strong organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure JOB RELATED TRAINING COURSES, LICENSING AND PROGRAMS___________ Successfully complete and maintain all state, federal and State Farm requirements including licensing and securities registration - to market and service designated State Farm products and services Remain current in all product changes and technical developments, and participate in company and industry training sessions as required Complete training as required, including Compliance and Information Security Awareness Remain current in all Continuing Education (CE) courses as required DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES___________________________________________ o Implement the agencys marketing plan and direct mail campaigns at direction of the agent.

o Work from the agents office to contact prospects and current policyholders to generate interest in insurance financial review appointments.

o Conduct needs based interviews in the agents office supported by technology.

o Meet marketing goals set by the agent.

o Provide prompt, accurate, friendly, cost-effective service and utilize it as a basis for establishing a marketing opportunity.

o As directed by the agent, work with agents computer system to update information in customer databases used by the agent.

o Perform other related duties as assigned by the agent.

Maintain licenses and/or registrations to market State Farm products, as requested Assist in developing a financial services marketing plan for the agency Develop qualified leads and set appointments for financial services products Create and facilitate financial services product presentations to potential and existing clients Utilize agency and State Farm computer applications, as required and available Accurately prepare forms, policies, endorsements when required Follow up with customers and keep the agent informed Participate in training and team meetings as requested ITEMS TO NOTE_______________________________________________________ Position may require irregular hours on a frequent basis for special events (ie Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, Sony Party, etc. for networking purposes).

Position may require minimum travel to other State Farm locations as well as to clients homes or businesses.

Position may require working some Saturday from 9 am until 1 pm
