Dialer Representative: firstsource
Screen patients via automatic dialer for government assistance ABOUT US: MedAssist service groups strengthen the financial position of the health care provider, while at the same time, focusing on the dignity of the patient.

These are: Eligibility Services, Patient Services, Receivables Management and Argent Health Care Financial Services Collections.

Dialer Representative JOB DESCRIPTION: The Dialer Patient Account Representative is responsible to screen patients for assistance and obtain updates with less involved follow-up work with agencies as compared to other Patient Account Representatives.
Individuals work in a fast-paced environment.
The calls are placed by the Smart Dial Predictive.
The dialers ability to bi-pass busy signals and no answers" increases productive productive calling time.
Other duties as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent is required Customer Service experience in a call-center environment is preferred Must have basic personal computer skills Ability to effectively work and communicate with coworkers and patients Ability to present oneself in a professional and courteous manner at all times Ability to stay on task with little or no supervision Demonstrate initiative and creativity in fulfilling job responsibilities Possess excellent organization skills Must be able to work Monday 8a-7p; Tu-Th 8a-5p; Friday 8a-12:30p Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Keywords: patient accounts, patient access, insurance, billing, biller, doctor, physician, hospital, health care, ICD9, CPT, codes, Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, claims, patient accounting, SSI, Meditech, HBO, Star, etc. MedAssist, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
