CLERICAL SUPPORT CLERK Due to substantial growth, Freeway Insurance Services, Inc. is currently seeking a Clerical Support Clerk to be a critical member of our corporate office in Buena Park .
Established in 1988, Freeway has grown to nearly 100 retail sales offices located throughout California , Arizona , Texas and Washington .At Freeway Insurance, we value and seek committed team players that possess outstanding customer service skills and a sincere desire to meet the needs of our customers.
Our most important goal is customer satisfaction because we believe customers are the most important people in the world! We have an immediate opening in our corporate office in Buena Park , for a highly organized Clerical Support Clerk with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities may include: Review and ensure auto insurance applications have been accurately and thoroughly completed prior to submission to insurance companies.
Review and verify files have been correctly assembled and all required documents have been submitted.
Follow up with various branch sales agents concerning auto insurance applications and required documentation as necessary.
· Entering customer information from files into company database.
· Entering or correcting information in database from a variety of different sources.
The successful candidate will: · Be a reliable, accurate and detailed self-starter.
· Underwriting and auto insurance knowledge and experience a plus! Freeway Insurance offers an outstanding work environment and a competitive compensation and benefits package with a 401(k) retirement plan.
