Claim Assistant: Farm Family Insurance Co.
Farm Family Casualty Insurance Company, Farm Family Life Insurance Company, and United Farm Family Insurance, headquartered in Glenmont, just 2 miles south of Albany, are part of the American National family of companies.
We have been providing insurance protection for families and businesses in rural and suburban areas since the mid 1950's.
Responsibilities include investigating and adjusting minor first and third party claims.
Additional duties include filing, setting up new claim files, issuing checks and answering phone calls and assisting claim representatives with day to day pending claims.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required, 2-yr.
degree preferred.
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service and basic computer skills; prior claims insurance experience helpful.
