Auto Claims Supervisor: Southwest Selective Search
Supervise a team of inside material damage claim representatives.
Join a great insurance company in a high profile supervisory position.
Responsible for managing a team of 5-7 inside claim adjusters who are responsible for the proper handling of personal & commercial auto physical damage losses in a multi-state region.
Emphasis on continued training & development of each adjuster's technical & customer service skills.
Must have direct claims supervisory experience within a insurance carrier.
Subrogation and salvage experience is a plus.
Stable work history and good educational background are required for this outstanding position.
