Associate Licensing Administrator
Job Description: eHealth is seeking a professional, reliable, detail oriented, and very organized individual to serve as an associate licensing administrator.
This person will work under the supervision of the senior licensing specialist and will be part of eHealth's Legal and Licensing Team.
Main responsibilities include: assisting in the completion of insurance licensing and appointment applications, tracking the status of agency and agent insurance licenses, tracking compliance with licensing continuing education requirements, and organizing and maintaining licensing-related documentation.
Job Requirements: - Insurance industry experience preferred (but not required); - Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet and database applications; - Superior organizational skills; - Process oriented; - Quick learner; - Flexible; team player; willing to do "whatever it takes" to get the job done; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; - Demonstrated ability to work effectively across an organization; - Friendly and personable.
