Our Account Management Services department is in need of driven, independent, and highly motivated individuals to fill brand new spots in our growing organization.

Primary responsibilities include: Handling a book of business Servicing current clients as their primary point of contact Working directly with brokers and/or clients to resolve issues Overseeing renewals for current clients Working with internal departments to handle any special client requests Ideal candidates will have a background in insurance – preferably in either operations or sales.
Any account management or customer communication experience would be great.
Experience dealing with high level issue resolution would be a plus.
Solid computer skills are essential.
