Title: Vice President, Human Resources Salary: $220,000 to $250,000 + attractive bonus Education: BA/BS, MS or MBA preferred Type of Company/Products: Retail Stores Location: San Francisco, CA Years Experience: 15 Executive Relocation Package Full Benefits Package - Looking for an innovative, experienced Vice President of Human Resources to lead the Corporate HR function.

Requirements: - Minimum of 15 years of progressive responsibility in Human Resources, preferably within a retail environment of 700+ stores.

- Bachelor's degree required.

MS/MBA preferred.

- Strong subject matter expertise in core HR disciplines of compensation, benefits, employee relations, staffing, talent management and organizational development.

- Demonstrated experience in successful development of corporate wide programs and solutions.

Responsibilities: - Ensure that the company attracts, develops and retains high quality talent in a continuous pipeline, to support the growth objectives and strategies of this industry leader.

- Build and maintain a strong, effective, and respected HR organization that provides clear HR support and guidance in attaining the company's growth agenda.

HR must be proactive and anticipatory and viewed by clients at all levels to be expert, confident, strategic, effective and committed to the company's objectives.

- Create and develop people management processes to identify, recruit and retain high potential talent in a continual pipeline across the company.

Drive the companys talent identification and succession planning processes.
