We are currently searching for a Training Manager, Retail in our Secaucus, NJ office.
This position is responsible for ongoing assessment and evaluation of training needs and programs; development of new programs on Product Knowledge, Selling Skills, Training Trainers and Sales Management Skills; assisting field management in new hire training for store openings; organizing the Annual Managers meeting; managing the Quarterly District/Regional Manager meetings; and creating a university of training programs to promote succession and allow individuals to focus on self-training initiatives.
Additional duties include ongoing assessment of talent as it pertains to the training ability and skill level; assisting in the monitoring of succession planning; working with Regional/District Managers to reduce turnover at store level; and implementation of training programs.
