Technical Recruiter
Adecco Technical is currently seeking a Technical Recruiter for our Birmingham, AL location.
This individual will perform all tasks related to finding, screening, recruiting, reference checking, placing and supporting technical applicants for our clients job orders.
This person will also be responsible for complete documentation of all processes and corporate quality and policy compliance.
They will conduct interviews for prospective employees adhering to EEOC, ADA, and affirmative Action guidelines. They will also administer or coordinate required pre-employment testing, background checks, and drug screening. Must have HS diploma and some progress toward college degree, preferably in business or technical area of study.
Strong working knowledge of employment law and technical job descriptions is also preferred.
Must be capable of independent decision-making and priority-setting.
Background in recruiting, technical sales, or technical customer service strongly preferred.
