Sr. Recruiters Needed
Virtual Recruiters Senior Recruiter This is a 100% commission paid position with the flexibility to work from home.
Currently People Solutions has openings for Sr. Recruiters with diverse backgrounds in disciplines such as finance/accounting, technology, medical, retail/merchandising and biotech/pharmacy.
We are looking for recruiters in multiple geographies across the US for a mixture of virtual and/or on-site opportunities.
Locations include but are not limited to Phoenix, AZ, Memphis, TN, Los Angeles, CA, San Jose, CA, Orange County, CA, Atlanta, GA and Dallas, TX. Responsibilities: - High volume recruiting for PSI Client - Drive all aspects of the recruiting process - Partner with Client's human resource leaders, hiring managers or senior managers as appropriate - Develop sourcing strategies for client's specific hiring needs within tight time frames and fiscal restraints - Build an ongoing candidate pipeline using research, networking, database information, etc. - Recruit and interview potential candidates to select highest quality hires - Continually manage a high volume job requisition load for client with a 30 day open to fill goal - Project a professional image both internally and externally - Create relationships with community-based organizations and other external agencies - Understand business/organizational issues and challenges as they relate to staffing.
- Contribute innovative staffing ideas via benchmarking and recruitment trends in specific marketplaces - Understand PSI Corporate recruiting philosophy and promote a partnership between PSI and external clients.
Skills / Knowledge requirements: - 3-5 year's minimum full life cycle or agency recruiting experience - Proven success partnering with corporations to implement long term staffing and hiring strategies - Strong analytical, organizational and assessment skills - Proven abilities in staffing including gap analysis, use of on-line and real time applicant tracking systems - Strong history of senior level client communications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Exceptional internal and external customer service skills - Diplomatic and tactful communication style - Successful candidate generation methods and processes using networks and internet recruiting - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills - Ability to travel as assigned client required
