Sr. Recruiter
Experienced Recruiter Hit the Ground Running Recruiter Needed!!! People Solutions seeks an experienced recruiter to support our national recruitment initiatives in our North Dallas office.
In this critical position, you must be sales-oriented and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating the contract and closing the deal.
This is a 100% commission paid position with the flexibility to work from home.
If you are energetic, assertive, results-driven, and you want to recruit for THE LEADER, APPLY TODAY! GENERAL SUMMARY: Support external clients by managing entire recruiting process for technical and financial positions.
Monitor recruiting effectiveness and implement new processes for continued improvement.
Identify competencies and skills required for open positions; match qualified applicants to compatible positions.
Interact with all levels of management to ensure recruiting needs are met. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Build and maintain a pool of qualified, screened and prepared candidates for key positions.
Build and maintain an interim applicant tracking system Track open positions and length of time positions have been open Ensure requisitions are completed and approved for all open positions Identify search priorities and candidate focus Identify recruitment sources for positions: Post/advertise positions, internally/externally including cold-calling, internet, newspapers, professional organizations, trade publications, colleges, etc. Coordinates with account managers to schedule interviews Conduct initial screenings, interviews, phone and in-person Consults with account managers on hiring decisions, including offer negotiations and extensions.
Coordinates contractual staffing needs Prepares/distributes recruitment report Maintains Affirmative Action/EEO log Provide candidate/new hire information to Research Manager to: o Conduct background and reference checks o Generates offer letters o Ensures new hire paperwork is completed o Schedule new hire orientation (if applicable) Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree preferred 2-3 years recruiting experience in a staffing setting required Demonstrated success building a qualified pool of candidates Enthusiastic, team-player with a strong commitment to customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability successfully manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, customer service environment Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Solid understanding of employment law as it relates to recruitment TO APPLY: E-mail your resume in Microsoft Word format to Kimberly.oglesby [at] visitpsi [dot] com or fax to 972-293-5591.
