Sourcing Manager
Sourcing Manager with Procurement Background - Responsibilities include: * Manage VMS program that various functions such as temporary labor, independent consultants, payrolling services, business and technical consulting, * Manage VMS supplier's performance to ensure that VMS program is being run to achieve company objectives * Analyze system metrics and report trends * Relationship management with company managers to ensure business requirements are being met * Contract management to ensure VMS program is meeting service level objectives * Supplier management with staffing suppliers and ensure that contract, cost, quality, and other objectives are being met * Manage procurement projects from inception to completion * Negotiation and management of contracts for simple and complex purchases of goods and/or services * Monitor compliance with established buying processes and procedures * Identifying organizational needs and negotiating with suppliers for services and products to meet those needs * Working with internal business partners to integrate procurement processes into regular business practice * Develop, produce and deliver information and metrics to all levels of management concerning industry trends, supplier performance * Encouraging the utilization of procurement services by all prospective business partner organizations * Research, identify, seek out and obtain needed information, facts or data by questioning others and/or using paper-based or electronic documentation and data * Analyze and calculate financial ratios to identify trends, risks and measure performance.
Translate financial data into management information Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is desired.
EXPERIENCE: 4+ years relevant experience Contract position which could lead to a permanent position.

Functions independently within broadly defined direction.
Minimal guidance in performing complex activities.
Employs a disciplined process for defining, measuring and achieving desired results and objectives on multiple projects.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to interface with all levels of management internally and with external suppliers.
Provides timely and effective written and verbal communications relating to simple and complex ideas involving multiple procurement issues.

KNOW-HOW: (education, experience and other knowledge requirements) Proficiency in personal computer applications, particularly Excel.
Data analysis.
Contract creation and negotiations.
Building team alignment,issues identification and resolution, problem solving.
