Service Manager
Orange County largest privately held commercial staffing company is seeking for a Service Manager in our Brea, Laguna Niguel, and Newport Beach, Ca locations.
The Service Manager role requires a proven track record in recruiting, multi-tasking, computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective time management.
The function of this role is to identify qualified staffing associates to fill a variety of specialty positions through effective recruiting, interviewing and screening processes, and ensuring successful placements of temporary, temporary-to-hire and full-time candidates.
This individual will develop relationships by securing thorough job order requirements, matching qualified candidates to positions, monitoring job performance and staffing associate satisfaction.
The position requires a keen ability to maintain accurate employee records, process payroll and handle a variety of administrative duties.
Requirements: Minimum two years recruitment and service experience in a staffing environment A Bachelors Degree in a related field Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to interact with all levels of management Working knowledge of MS Office products.
