As a Sr. On-Premise Manager, your primary responsibilities will be recruiting and interviewing applicants, taking and filling job orders with qualified candidates, working with client company management, conduct quality meetings, manage the on-premise program to ensure high customer satisfaction, set recruiting goals; problem-solving by providing exceptional customer consultation; and providing the highest level of service in order to maintain long term business relationships.
Requirements/Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be organized, detailed-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment.
You should possess strong verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate professionally with customers (face-to-face, telephone, E-Mail) Good computer and consultative skills are essential.
BA/BS Degree is strongly preferred.
