You'll be working for a respected Fortune 1000 company, publicly traded on the New York stock exchange (VOL), with a reputation for service and quality.
As a member of our specialty team, you will be responsible for: -Contract and direct hire placements with a greater emphasis on the contract/temp business.
-Generating and securing orders via marketing of candidates to warm/cold leads.
-Sourcing, evaluating, interviewing and placing candidates.
-Interacting with customers to obtain detailed job descriptions and matching those skills to contract or direct hire employees.
-Will maintain client service satisfaction through timely resolution while generating new business and promoting good public relations.
Job Requirements: Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2-5 years of staffing agency experience.
-Experience using various recruiting tools such as job boards, internet and networking.
-Must possess excellent PC skills using MS Office Suites-Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively deal with both the candidates and clients.
