Recruiter Assistant: Volt Workforce Solutions
Job Description: The Recruiter Assistant will be a first level facilitator to the recruiting team and assist with the recruitment and selection process.
Assisting the recruiting staff through providing a continuous flow of qualified candidates from various recruiting sources.
They will be working directly with the candidates to determine availability, technical aptitude, personality fit, skill assessment, and desired pay scale.
Responsible for input and update information into our computer system.
Job Requirements: 2 years experience in a customer service environment.
Sourcing or Recruiting experience.
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in comparable field preferred.
Effectively communicate in writing and verbally including by telephone.
Communicate in-person with internal staff, external customers and field employees.
Critical thinking ability to take initiative.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Customer focused.
Work efficiently, commitment to quality, display teamwork, focuses on profitability.
