Project Manager III
At Cisco, Discover All That's Possible For Your Career Project Manager III Responsible for partnering with initiative leaders to ensure successful execution of one or more projects that support HR's strategic initiatives.
Works with the initiative leader to develop activity definition and sequencing, project schedules/milestones, deliverables, cost estimates quality requirements and plan.
Monitors and communicates progress of project to all stakeholders; identifies, analyzes and develops risk response plans; conducts integrated change control; ensures project plans address change management, go to market and other identified components.
Excellent project management skills including experience leading large, multi-track projects.
Working knowledge of project management tools, techniques and methodologies set forth by PMI. Ability to comprehend the organization's strategic goals and direction and influence leaders and others in the best approaches to accomplish those goals.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration within the project team and across constituent groups.
Analytical thinking skills to resolve problems.
Ability to lead through influence and drive project deliverables.
