Professional Associate Program Manager

The Manager of the Professional Associate (PA) Program is dedicated to promoting and fostering LandAmerica Assessment Corporation's (LAC) PA network (contract employees).
The Manager is responsible for approving new Professional Associates and will serve as liaison between RP/PM and PA should conflicts arise.
Program Manager Responsibilities Identify Professional Associate coverage voids Prioritize and approve PA submittals Work closely with LAC Operations Manager on Project Link maintenance and general PA Program issues Ongoing PA database cleanup Get involved when problems/situations arise between PA and RP/PM; follow up as necessary Promote new and existing PA use via RP/PM emailings Work with Production to track PAs in violation of SOPs and enforce SOPs Minimum Qualifications Strong program management experience Solid understanding of the staffing industry Experience in sourcing and other employment practices Experience with Project Link Preferred Qualifications Advanced college degree .
