00/hr New York, NY and Harrison, NJ SUMMARY Two positions available involving placing temporary staff on various temporary job assignments around the five boroughs and Northern New Jersey.
JOB DETAILS Screen, interview, and register applicants.
Serve as a placement liaison to employers.
Take job orders.
Identify and contact candidates for job placement.
Fill positions and notify customers of applicant details.
Pitching work opportunity.
Act as a supervisor to all temps placed under you to assist in any problems or concerns on the jobs.
REQUIREMENTS Must have the ability to make good judgements of character.
Customer service skills are helpful.
Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure.
Must have understand the need for urgency.
Good communication skills (written and verbal) Good computers skills are needed.
