The BearingPoint Human Capital team is currently searching for a Compensation Manager.

Location/s: McLean, VA; Radnor, PA; Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL Relocation: No The principal focus of this position is to development and ongoing management of broad based compensation programs and policies that maximize the company s compensation philosophy.

BearingPoint requires this Manager to help define the compensationstrategy that creates a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

He/She will be a subject matter expert in Compensation and provide support to the BearingPoint Compensation leadership.

The candidate will assist in evangelizing our international compensation strategy to the HR community and business management.

Basic Qualifications: 6+ years ofexperience with a focus on compensation strategy, long termplanning, and design.

This person will be responsible for the following functions: Recommend modifications to existing programs and development of new programs for compensation and incentive programs.

Potentially manage performance of one to two compensation team members Ensure a global compensation strategy, while allowing for unique local variances and requirements internationally.

Manage the focal review processes globally including interaction with HR and global teams.

Program manage the salary survey response process globally.

Create salary structure definition by modeling surveys and benchmarking data.

Coordinate with tax, legal, treasury, finance and controlling of program implementation and design subject matters.

Assist in performance and rewards plans for staff level resources.

Apply FLSA practices across position development.

Assist in proposal responses as need.

Manage SOX processes.

Maintain and expand knowledge on compensationtrends in all assigned markets and regions, analyzing trends and integrating them into Bearing Point s strategy.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: He/She will provide compensation expertise and guidance for the Compensation and Reward management.

The Manager of Compensation will establish market relative terms and conditions in support of global principles.

Past experience developing and maintaining, but not limited to: Developed wealth statements forthe attraction and retention of employees.

Knowledgeable with data integrity and the role compensation plays within data.

Evolved and maintained a policy manual and employee handbook.

Defined the value statement to employees.

Evaluated cost effectiveness and competitiveness of current compensation programs, implementing changes where necessary.

Ensured remuneration packages contain performance measures and incentive plans that are aligned to optimize performance Click here to apply via the BearingPoint Career Network
