recruiting for your future SSH Associates was established by Linda Stockton Hillenburg in 1987 primarily to meet the special recruiting needs of companies in the Houston, Texas area.
Although our main location is in Houston, TX, we now represent companies throughout the USA. After working for several years as a recruiter with large personnel agencies, it was apparent that a more personal approach to placement would offer companies a better success rate with newly hired employees, thereby assuring the longevity and continuity of each particular business.
Rather than seeking quantity, we committed ourselves to guaranteeing the quality of our placements.
In order to accomplish that end, we established very high ethical values as our normal approach to not only our client companies, but to our job candidates as well.
Getting to know and understand the needs, motivations, and intangibles which affect the placement decisions of both sides may take more dedication and time on our part, but we feel the gratitude shown by our clients and candidates make the whole process well worth the effort.
