We are looking for experienced Staffing Industry recruiters with a 'Can Do Attitude' who love meeting deadlines and working with both clients and candidates! Job Responsibilities: As a recruiter you will be largely responsible for: sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing for office clerical & call center positions, developing new and creative sourcing strategies for open positions, coordinating recruiting efforts, conducting reference checks, and building relationships with client managers to assist with their recruiting and hiring needs.
We are looking for people who wish to deliver excellent customer service & responsive client communication .
In addition, the perfect candidate will be a team player collaborating with peers to enhance work processes, brainstorm ways to recruit candidates and participating in recruiting projects.
Minimum Qualifications: Four-year college degree &/or 2-3 years of related staffing industry experience, with emphasis on recruiting and the interview process.
Strong bias for action Adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills Compensation and Benefits: This is a temporary assignment.
