HR Department seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist to assist with administration of employee benefits, compensation, record keeping, payroll and departmental administrative functions for a small, busy human resources department.

Qualifications include 5 or more years of experience in employee benefits, knowledge of federal and state regulations and record keeping, knowledge of and ability to assist in annual performance management and merit increase cycle.

The successful candidate must have the ability to maintain confidential information; the desire to assist employees in a helpful and positive manner; ability to multitask; attention to detail and a willingness to help out with all administrative tasks of the department to include phone coverage and filing duties.
