Human Resources Admin
Human Resources Assistant Must be comfortable interacting with all levels of management.
Duties includes but not limited to, Maintenance of daily appointments, coordinating meetings and scheduling interviews, using Outlook Interacting with external vendors, internal departments and employees.
Assist with background check; preparing offer letters; benefits packages etc. Prepare and distribute confidential material responsible for other administrative duties relating to the Human resources Dept Excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Exceptional interpersonal skills.
High degree of sensitivity to confidentiality.
Strong sense of urgency and corporate environment experience.
Detail oriented and possessing excellent follow-through skills.
Ability to handle multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
College degree highly desired
