Human Resources: MJO Staffing
Human Resources Generalist for a Fastener Distribution Company in Carson/ Santa Fe Springs Ca Job Title Human Resources- Generalist · Responsible for day-to-day administration of policies, procedures, and programs related to employment, benefits , employee relations, and other Human resource functions.
· Administers employee programs including new hire orientation, interviews, and open insurance enrollment.
· Conducts weekly verification of payroll using ADP Payroll systems for time and attendance.
· Promote continual improvement of all HR Programs , and takes initiative to support the development of new programs.
Requirements · Bilingual English and Spanish · Current Compliance with Human Resource laws, regulations, standards, HIP PA, etc. · Knowledge of applicable State and Federal policies and regulations · BA or BS Degree preferred in Business Administration , Human Resources, or Organizational Development · 3 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
Company is currently located in Carson Ca, but will be moving to Santa Fe Springs Ca next fall.
