HR U.S. Associate: Credit Agricole (Formerly Calyon)
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Function as part of the Benefits Team and responsible for the overall administration of various Human Resource benefits programs and administrative processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Update/maintain benefit files Review all paperwork associated with the new hire process for Full Time Employees, Consultants, US Associates & Co-ops Cobra Administration American Express / Executive Car Administration Tuition Reimbursement Program Matching Gift Program Update Org Charts Create Employee Files Assist with Wellness Program Ensure the accuracy of all HR systems Special Projects as assigned REQUIREMENTS: · Recent college graduate with 1-2 years experience (Internship experience is acceptable).
· Must be a skilled communicator (verbal and written) · Excellent interpersonal skills · Ability to multitask · Excellent time management and organizational skills · Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work-flow · Must be detail oriented · Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
