Responsibilities: University Relations Develop and implement college recruiting strategy for company.
Includes obtaining hiring targets (for fulltime and intern positions) and determining target schools and hiring strategy through partnership with HR business partners and management.
Increase awareness of college recruiting opportunities and programs throughout the company.
In partnership with Compensation and Relocation, develop guidelines for new grad an entry level hiring to be used across the US. Develop relationships with target universities in effort increase name recognition and obtain referrals and develop a candidate pool for new grad and entry level hires.
Employment Branding Ensure we rollout and drive a global employment branding (Make Your Mark) campaign.
Provide tools, training and communication for Global Staffing Team.
Point of contact for our coordination of employment (referral/internal) blitz, organization of employment fair activities (ie Silicon India), and proactively seeking out opportunities for employment brand and awareness of openings Research and recommend new recruiting processes while partnering with similar companies to share best practices Partnering with Recruiting Management Team, provide collateral to support employment brand and further assist in the recruiting process.
Website (Intranet / Internet) Continue to drive our project plan for VeriSign.
com's internal and external employment pages, to will increase candidates functionality, and provide a professional look and feel (similar to all recruiting material, print / web advertising) Partner with all the global recruiters to ensure that all posted positions (internally and externally) have creative and well written job descriptions that mirror our employment branding positioning.
Manage content and updates on an as-needed basis Diversity Recruiting Partner with Recruiting Management Team to implement processes and activities to ensure that diversity is a part of recruiting efforts for both college and experienced candidates.
Metrics Establish and/or track existing performance metrics for the above initiatives.
Requirements: Bachelor's or equivalent plus 8+ years experience in college recruiting and recruitment programs.
Must be proficient in microsoft applications.
Experience in high tech a plus.
Knowledge of webhire highly desirable.
