Job Title: Human Resources Assistant Description: Will perform duties in some or all of the following areas: recruiting, employee relations, training, affirmative action, employment equity programs, and process improvement.
Will work closely with staffing agencies to fill temporary positions as needed.
Requirements: Two years' college, plus a minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources.
College degree preferred, as well as experience with employment law and other government-related compliance regulations.
Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
