A Dynamic Executive Assistant for a Fast Pace OfficeWe are looking for a bright, dynamic, trustworthy and polished Executive Assistant to support a busy and highly visible international organization based in Houston , Texas .
This position is responsible for sustaining the overall productivity and effectiveness of the head of the organization.
These duties include, but are not limited to: maintaining correspondence; managing a calendar of scheduled appointments and office meetings; preparing international and domestic travel arrangements; completing reports; and working closely with the team to ensure deadlines are met. Characteristics of a qualified applicant: Bachelor Degree Prior experience in the position is a plus Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit Superior communication skills Detail-oriented project manager Adept multitasking Problem-solver Confident and positive attitude
