Director Of Business Development
Director of Business Development POSITION TITLE: DIRECTOR - CLIENT SERVICES LOCATION: DALLAS, TX CATEGORIES: Business Development, Consulting, Accounting/Finance JOB DESCRIPTION: DLC, a boutique finance and accounting consulting firm is expanding.
This dynamic, privately held company, based in Southern California and now operating in the Chicago market as of last year, is coming to Dallas.
This fast growing, highly recognized firm has consistently been named one of the top 10 fastest growing companies in LA in the past three years and their revenues have doubled over last year.
They are seeking a Director of Client Services who will be responsible for business development of finance/accounting engagements.
Their job responsibilities include: Prospect and setting client meetings with approved level decision makers (Directors, VP's and CFO's) Synthesizing client needs information into project work and formulating appropriate resources Scheduling pre-engagement meetings and managing on-going projects Weekly scheduled staff meeting of activity On-going personal contact of client to further foster relationship development Generating 12-15 finance/accounting engagements by end of first years The goals are to build client base with well respected companies to provide satisfying project opportunities for their base of consultants.
In early stages there is a strong emphasis on the rapid ramp up of 8-10 client meetings per week.
REQUIREMENTS MBA preferred, CPA a plus Consultative Sales experience to Fortune 1000 companies Practical accounting and finance experience 8-12 years professional experience Personal requirements include: a dynamic personality, self-motivated, driven, hard working, goal oriented and smart.
This is a unique, very challenging and rewarding opportunity for the qualified candidate.
We are looking for someone with experience calling on Finance/Accounting C-level decision makers of Fortune 1000 companies with the ability to source names and are successful in obtaining client meetings.
Base salary is 80-100k based on experience.
Commission plan is highly lucrative and successful candidates should double their income in their second year.
Benefits are 100% paid and include medical, dental, life and disability, 401k and a full cafeteria 125 plan.
