Contract Recruiting Coordinator
SALARY: $20-25/hr.
--Possible Temp to Direct Hire DESCRIPTION: You will support Recruiting department which has high volume of openings by expediting Recruiting process.
Will meet with hiring managers at company' multiple NJ locations and take job specification information.
You will then create formal job descriptions.
In addition you will be doing full life cycle recruiting for non-exempt openings.
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2-5 years of full life cycle Recruiting experience.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
Assertive, self-starter, team player needed.
Either pharma or manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
Must be available full time hours on site until at least end of the year.
Position has the potential to convert to direct hire.
