Compensation / Benefits Specialist

We currently have a need for Human Resource professionals.
We are looking for the following characteristics; *At least 7 years of experience specializing in compensation, benefits or serving as a HR Generalist *BA/BS degree (Required) *Professional designation preferred (CCP, SPHR, PHR) *Thorough knowledge of industry best practices and standards *Knowledge of large ERP systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Lawson) *Expertise in MS Access and Excel to perform modeling and projections *You must be authorized to work in the US Local candidates only.
