Essential Functions and Duties Lam Research Corporation is looking for a high energy, experienced, Global College Relations Manager.
The Lam College Relations Manager will be responsible for relationships with global colleges and universities.
As the "owner" of this program, this individual will act as the primary contact with university departments, career centers and student organizations.
The College Relations Manager will develop and implement the recruiting plans at the assigned schools, schedule events, and market Lam's various programs on campuses.

The College Relations Manager will partner with college recruiters, alumni teams and other internal groups to ensure successful implementation of programs.
At least 50% travel required, particularly during the fall and spring campus recruiting seasons.
Responsibilities: · Develop and maintain relationships with deans, directors, professors, and other administrative staff of academic departments and career centers as well as with student leaders of key campus organizations.
· Research and build expertise regarding recruiting issues and trends at assigned schools.
· Drive determination of target schools and set recruiting strategy, develop and execute plan to attract top talent at target schools.
· Coach and prepare recruiting teams for campus visits (select and confirm speakers and interview team, review presentations, etc.) · Create marketing materials and communication strategy to increase awareness on campus and to encourage students to apply.
· Manage Lam's campus activities onsite at campuses (information sessions, technical talks, interviews, etc.) · Track results and effectiveness of campus events (number of interviews, hires) and share best practices.
· Work with program managers to develop and drive new initiatives.
Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relate field, master's degree a plus.
· Knowledge of the academic cycle and campus recruiting procedures and practices.
· 8-10 years experience in university relations or college recruiting.
· Self-directed and able to work independently.
· Experience organizing events and programs.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
· Proven ability to work with multiple groups.
· Technical recruiting experience required.
· International recruiting experience highly desirable
