What You'll Do: As a Branch Manager, you'll significantly contribute to Westaff's growth at our Scottsdale, Arizona branch by leading results-driven recruiting and sales efforts and efficient and fully compliant operations.

Generating new business by promoting and selling Westaff's services and growing existing business by building relationships with local, national and global companies in this promising market will bring you unlimited earning potential and career advancement opportunities.

Providing customers with smart, innovative solutions to meet their temporary and permanent staffing needs will ensure your long-term success.

Leading and coaching your staff, in addition to taking a hands-on approach, will help you build a strong team.

Developing your branch's annual operating budget and ensuring all required processes and policies are followed will make you a strong team player.

What You'll Need: To succeed in this challenging role, you'll need to be a high achiever, competitive yet team focused, and just as comfortable managing today's employees as assuming personal responsibility for B2B consultative sales, candidate recruiting and operational tasks.
