Benefits Representative: Procore Solutions
ProCore Solutions is looking to expand our Human Resources Department.
We are currently looking to hire a Benenfits Representative.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: High School Graduate/Equivalent.
One year experience in human resources which includes experience with benefit administration.
Basic knowledge of employment practices, benefits and employment law. Solid decision making and judgment ability.
Effective math and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail; excellent proofreading skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, clients and vendors.

Basic knowledge of commonly used human resources concepts, practices, and procedures.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel software.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Benefits Processes employee enrollments and benefit changes for ProCore employees in an accurate and timely manner; accurately maintains benefit documents.
Effectively explains and clarifies benefits to employees.
Assists employees in resolving benefit questions and disputes.
Effectively processes and maintains documentation of weekly 401(k) transmissions.
Assists Human Resources Compliance Specialist with annual 401(k) audit.
Effectively processes 401(k) withdrawals and rollovers; obtains proper support documentation from employees.
Effectively prepares short term and long term disability claims.
Conducts benefit enrollment for new employees in an accurate and timely manner.
Effectively explains benefits, collects and submits appropriate information to benefit providers prior to eligibility dates.
Notifies insurance carriers of benefit changes in a timely manner.
Processes appropriate documentation for new hires and terminated employees.
Processes COBRA notification and other separation documentation for terminated/separated employees in a timely manner.
Corporate and Regulatory Compliance Maintains I-9 forms and related documentation according to corporate procedures and applicable laws.
Effectively maintains employee bulletin boards in legal compliance.
Ensures all required new hire paperwork is obtained and properly completed.
Effectively handles new hire orientation to include acquiring new hire paperwork, obtaining badges and parking tags.
Completes E-Verify and GA New Hire notifications in an accurate and timely manner.
Effectively and accurately maintains OSHA 300 Log and supporting documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
Accurately maintains Workers Compensation documentation; provides accurate and timely notification to Workers Compensation carrier; assists employees with Workers Compensation related questions and concerns.
Ensure individual employee training records are accurately maintained.
Other Support Duties Maintains confidentiality of all information and ensures employee records are secured in locked file cabinets.
Generates reports and correspondence as necessary.
Provides administrative and clerical support, as needed.
Makes recommendations to management to improve current processes and procedures.
Keeps Supervisor informed on issues or immediate needs that may impact the department.
