Administrative Assistant-HR
Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Maintain all personnel files and provide back up keying for new hire data entry.
Process all terminations, provide termiantion packets and send term notifications.
Assist in keying all commissions, bonus payments and other recurring and non-recurring payments biweekly and participate in audit of data.
Provide international travel packets to all travelers and maintain accurate travel records, collect required documents and prepare and distribute weekly travel logs.
Coordinate travel with international counterparts.
Provide back up assistance for monster.com posting and basic recruiting functions.
Coordinate all on-site training programs including preparing announcements, ordering supplies, coordinating facilities requirements and day of event liaison activities.
Administrative: Order office supplies and maintain supply room Maintain forms center, forms on shared drive Maintain legal files and tracking sheet Process incoming mail Process all invoices Provide administrative support to HR Generalists and HR Managers Maintain supply of benefit information packets for new hiresQualificationsAA/BA preferred; 3 to 5 years experience in an administrative support role required; excellent Microsoft Office skills; good communication and phone skills, ability and desire to provide excellent customer service.
