Administration of healthcare plans, welfare plans and related benefit programs for employees Administrative Associate - Full Time Summary This position is responsible for administration of healthcare plans, welfare plans and related benefit programs for full-time and part-time associates.

The responsibilities may include all or some of the essential functions listed.

Duties and Responsibilities Processing and verification of benefit enrollments and change in family status activity for full-time, part-time and retiree participants.

Weekly review and reporting of termination reports and COBRA information to appropriate vendors.

Administration of benefit enrollments for Canadian employees.

Maintenance and distribution of enrollment communication materials on-line and hard copy during the plan year and at open enrollment.

Management of returned mail.

Monitor and manage the Benefits email box. Monthly analysis of benefits for vendor billings.

Daily mail distribution, phone calls Department filing for benefits information and enrollment forms.

Ensuring all health related information is kept private in accordance with the health privacy regulations published in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Additional Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
