Property Manager: Value Place
Property Management Property Manager Value Place, (www.valueplace.com) the fastest growing brand in the history of the lodging industry seeks a full time manager for our Colonial Heights, VA location.
Our concept is a cross between a hotel and an apartment; we are a new concept, and have plans to operate 1,000 locations nationwide by 2015.
Currently we have over 170 hotels in operation.
By December 2010 we will open 5 more properties and will operate in 30 states.
Our concept has proven to be recession proof because we deliver great value when our customers need it the most.
We seek managers with a prior background in working in apartment management, food service, or retail sales.
Critical skills include employee selection and training, cost control, local store marketing, and a commitment to quality.
Our best managers have outgoing personalities and generate revenue by asking for the sale.
Property Managers recruit, select, orient, train, and manage a total staff of 6 coworkers.
They handle all of the P&L decisions for a multi-million dollar operation.
Their primary focus is managing the growth of our revenue and profit in the market.
Property Managers work a 55-60 hour work week, 9 AM-7 PM, M-F.
Weekend work is not required.
Our compensation package is superior, and our benefits are first class, including generous base salary, quarterly bonus, comprehensive medical & dental, vacation, and retirement.
