Needed to cover varying hours/shifts.
Qualifications: Requires bilingual in Spanish, excellent customer service skills and proven, effective communication/problem-solving skills, both written and oral.
Previous healthcare experience and medical terminology preferred.
Ability to be bonded as a notary in addition to successful completion of Spanish-bilingual assistant training course required.
Ability to use extreme discretion with regard to patient confidentiality and to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
Familiarity with hospital procedures and logistics, organizational skills and computer knowledge preferred.
