Guest Services Manager: Summit Management Corp.
Summit Management Corporation, a dynamic, growth-oriented real estate management company specializes in the development and management of hotel, office and residential properties in the Southeastern United States.
The company is looking for a Guest Services Manager for its SpringHill Suites hotel in downtown Memphis.
The primary responsibility of the Guest Services Manager is to exceed guests expectations and be instrumental in the hotels achievement of top performance.
The Guest Service Manager will have a high level of interaction in responding to the needs of hotel guests.
This individual will ensure that all requests for information or assistance are fulfilled in an efficient and professional manner, and will respond to guest issues with attentiveness and courtesy.
The Guest Services Manager will maintain a presence in the lobby during peak check-in and check-out times to assist guests and provide knowledgeable information about the hotel and surrounding area - including restaurants, attractions, transportation, and recreational activities.
The person in this position must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be comfortable interacting with VIP guests.
The Guest Services Manager will maintain open lines of communication with other managers and associates and assist the General Manager with operational oversight.

Requirements Proven proficiency and high performance in guest serviceAbility to exercise good judgment in handling guest recovery issuesSeveral years experience in the hotel/resort/guest services industry is a plusAn equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
