Executive Housekeeper: Isis Hospitality
Executive Housekeeper Qualified candidate must pass a criminal background/employment reference check.
Qualified candidate must have 2-5 years experience in hotel housekeeping and/or have an education or management experience equivalent to. Must have a dynamic, energetic, professional, accommodating personality and be willing to work weekends, holidays, evenings and extended hours if necessary.
Qualified management candidate must manage product/labor controls, property upkeep/cleanliness, lost & found maintenance and staff scheduling.
Qualified management candidate must manage the seasonal international support staff (housing supervision and transportation support if necessary) Qualified management candidate must cross train on the front desk property management system, have basic computer knowledge, internet/email, customer service, guest resolution, employee relations, payroll and all other hotel services.
Qualified management candidate must succeed at motivating your team, eliminating turnover and meeting and/or exceed the companywide cleaning timelines.
Must dress in professional attire at all times, support and train new staff members and communicate regularly with all other department heads.
Must be willing to schedule personal vacations outside of high demand periods and the summer peak season.
Must be willing to work all special event functions along with the the hotel management team.
All other responsibilities may be determined at anytime by the General Manager and/or members of the senior management team.
