Work under stress of deadlines, organization of information and activities, lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds.
Work is performed in a kitchen that is open and warm.
Required going into refrigerators and freezers.
Requires the ability to perform simple math skills.
Requires the use of chemicals for cleaning.
Responsibilities: Produces all required food items based on information obtained from production sheets, catering requests, prep sheets and any other approved source.
Qualifications: One year institutional cooking experience.
Must have Maricopa County Food Handlers card.One year institutional cooking experience.
