JOB DESCIPTION: We are currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurse with Trach and Vent experience, to work in the Wilmington area for a Young Adult Day Program starting in mid October.

This individual will be the primary nurse and will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical efficiency and effectiveness of the program.

Required shift is T, W, TH 9a-1p, with some possibility of working beyond 1pm for scheduled Staff Meetings, Case Conferences, and In-services etc. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Supervision of clients with skilled and non-skilled needs Administration of medication as necessary.

Attendance at planning meetings and medical supplies ordering Coordination and documentation of clients' progress while at the program.

Provision of program core services including nursing and personal care Participation at in-service training JOB REQUIREMENTS: The right candidates MUST have: · A positive attitude and great communication · Active RN License for the state of DE and current CPR · Excellent assessments skills and experience with trach and vent.

· A minimum of one-year verifiable experience as a RN in a nursing facility, hospital or other healthcare related field.
