Surgical/Neuro-Intensive Care Services (SICU-C) Staff RN Part Time, 7:00 A.m. - 7:30 P.m.
Unit Description The Surgical/Neuro-Intensive Care Services Unitis comprised of 7 critical care beds.
Nurses provide care to critically-ill patients who have undergone severe head trauma and aneurysm repairs/clippings (GCD coiling).
In addition, this unit provides care to patients who have undergone multiple trauma, major vascular surgery and multisystem organ failure.
The nursing team is proficient in hemodynamic monitoring (invasive/non-invasive), ventilator management, CVVH and ICP monitoring.
NJ RN license required.
1-2 years of relevant critical care experience required.
Previous neursurgical crtical care experience preferred.
ACLS/ CPR required.
