Surgery Scheduler/Medical Receptionist: Hire Up Staffing Services
Large specialty group in the Central Valley is currently seeking, well trained, highly motivated and caring professionals for an immediate opening as a Surgical Scheduling Specialist/Medical Receptionist position.
Our facility has 8 providers and sees well over 200 patients per day. We also have a adjacent surgical center in which our physicians preform procedures in on a daily basis.
Job Description/Requirements: Minimum of 1 Year PAID Medical Office Experience.
Responsible for providing World Class Customer Service both in person and over the phone.
Scheduling of appointments and surgical procedures for patients, working in conjunction with labs and diagnostic groups.
Appointment confirmations, Insurance Authorizations, ability to handle high volume calls, assist with referrals, knowledge of all medical insurances, must be professional with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Bilingual Spanish A+
