Supervisor Of Compensation And HRIS
SUPERVISOR OF COMPENSATION AND HRIS Northside Hospital, Atlanta, Georgia's Most Preferred Hospital System in Overall Healthcare Services for nine consecutive years is seeking a Supervisor of Compensation and HRIS.
This position will provide leadership and oversight for the Compensation Program and HRIS within the Human Resources division.
Primary responsibility will be the management of the compensation program and team; the development and administration of compensation and performance management programs; the design plus the implementation of a new HRIS system affecting all functional areas from employee application, recruitment and selection to employee separation, and development and distribution of pertinent metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: - Bachelor's degree with a Master's degree preferred.
- CCP is mandatory.
- Three years of progressive compensation and HRIS management and supervisory experience with previous hospital experience preferred.
- Strong team building, analytical, decision making and problem solving skills.
- Experience in HRIS implementation, design and administration.
- Develop business partner relationships with managers in designing, evaluating and implementing the base and incentive compensation programs.
- Assess impact and effectiveness of compensation plans using metrics based analysis.
- Provide support relative to base pay structure and conduct job evaluations, compression/internal equity analysis and consult regarding incumbent pay decisions.
- Manage compensation planning process (e.
g., salary increases, incentive awards, etc).
- Proven technical skills in report writing such as SQl or Crystal Join our team of 6000 healthcare professionals.
